The Patrol Division of the police department is the most essential part of the department. Patrol Officers are tasked to carry out the basic functions of the department. The Patrol Officers have many responsibilities including the enforcement of criminal statutes, traffic laws, Township ordinances and parking regulations. They maintain the public order and respond to all emergency calls and medical calls that occur in the Township.
